I'm Conor - a Personal Trainer with a passion for helping people increase their fitness and achieve their goals. My aim is to provide a relaxed and fun environment where each client is supported to better their training habits and improve their quality of life.

My past has always been sports orientated. From a young age I have been actively involved with many sports clubs including Raheny GAA and Trinity Donaghmede FC. After leaving school I achieved a FETAC Level 5 in Sports & Leisure Management, and then went on to obtain a BSc in Sports Management & Coaching, followed by an ITEC Diploma in Personal Training.
